10 Rules:
1) Everyone has to graduate from high school
2) You have to be employed
3) You must pay your Taxes (ONLY $200 for EVERYONE EVERY NEW YEARS WEEK)
4) No violence
5) No Devil worshipers
6) School/government must consult parents/citizens about funding
7) You must be 21 to get married ( no exceptions even with your parent /guardian consent )
8) You must be 25 to drink alcohol
9) You must have a drivers licenses to get into a club
10) you only say the pledge on the 1st day of the new school year
11) No death penalty
12) No child labor or any kind of slavery
